· You fill in one of our forms;

· Give us information in writing (including email); 

· Give us information in person or over the telephone 

We will pass your information to credit unions whose criteria fits your requirements. Once your data has been sent to the relevant credit union it is then kept for no more than six months when it is then destroyed.
